The First week of May was a big week for me. With my week long trip to CA came five photo shoots and well over 2,000 photos! But probably the biggest of these was Alex and Huraka’s May 1st wedding. I met Alex while shooting one of my very first weddings! It was great to see him again, and meet his super sweet bride Huraka. Here are just few of my favorites from their wonderful day.

While Planning out my trip to LA for Alex and Haruka’s May 1st wedding, I was able to squeeze a couple of shoots. One of them being Brandon Archie and her family. This ended up being one of the biggest family groups I’ve have ever shot before. With three generations and ten people total it was a blast. We had kids running all over the place! In the end I came out with some of my very favorite family photos I’ve taken all year and my first pregnancy shots ever! Here are just a couple from the day.

While on my way home from my recent trip to LA, I had a chance to squeeze in one more photo shoot in Malibu. And I’m really glad I did! Rebeca and I had a blast as we walked her favorite trail, stop along the way at her favorite places, snapping some of my favorite shots from the trip!  Rebeca is graduating this year from Law School and has already earned many honors.
